A few good questions
What happens when I open a pack?
You receive a digital item from the pack’s published pool. Every item and its chance are shown before you open. Each result is independently verifiable; a pack does not guarantee a profit.
Can I keep or sell my item?
Yes. Sell it back for the full value recorded when you opened it, store it on Packluck, or request delivery. Stored items can be listed on the marketplace with 0% fees. Delivery depends on the item and its trade lock.
How do I know if crypto payments are available?
Your wallet shows the current status of each payment method. A deposit address is created only when a supported currency and network are available. Estimated crypto received and the network fee are shown before a withdrawal is confirmed.
What does Preview mean on a collection?
Preview collections show illustrative items and cannot be opened. Available packs show their current item pool and published chances.
