Eligibility & free pack allowance
100 XP is earned per $1 in completed paid pack openings. Reaching a level unlocks its pack permanently. Each unlocked pack can be opened at most once every 24 hours, provided your earned allowance covers its largest prize.
Half of newly earned rewards funds free packs; the other half funds cashback and scheduled bonuses. Opening a free pack reduces its allowance only by the prize received. Unused allowance stays available. Free packs never debit your available balance, award XP, or generate further rewards. Existing cashback is unchanged.
Low-level prizes can be fractions of a cent; exact USDC amounts and odds are shown before opening. Prizes are credited without additional wagering requirements. The usual withdrawal availability and account checks apply.

How do I earn XP?
Every completed, funded pack opening earns 100 XP per $1 of pack price. Deposits, marketplace transfers and account creation do not award XP. Your rank and XP do not expire.
Where do rewards come from?
A share of Packluck’s own net platform fee funds your rewards. Your tier increases that share. Half funds free pack allowance and half funds cashback. The available amount is reserved as soon as your opening settles; it is never taken from customer deposits or skin-delivery reserves.
When do my bonuses unlock?
Instant cashback is available immediately. Daily rewards unlock at the next 00:00 UTC, weekly rewards on the next Monday at 00:00 UTC, and monthly rewards on the first day of the next month at 00:00 UTC. Unclaimed earned rewards do not expire.
What is the difference between cashback and free packs?
